I do not recommend Greg Kuse for any legal matters. I went to him for a custody dispute, he did not go over a retainer or fee agreement, he developed affidavits without communicating what was happening with me. At no point did I know what was going on with my case or any of the legal process. I fired him within a month or so, then was given a bill of $4000. This was solely for the 2 conversations I had with him and one petition that was submitted.

Greg was my Lawyer from 2014 - 2016. I found Greg personable, knowledgeable and very easy to get ahold of. He won my custody case and was worth every penny during my divorce. I highly recommend Greg for any family law matter.

Greg has been my lawyer since 2015. I wanted to leave an abusive marriage. He was the first one to give me hope and has been there every step of the way. I have had extensive issues with my ex over access to my youngest daughter. Greg gave me his cell number and answered the phone and helped me even o Thanksgiving weekend when he was at the airport. Because of him, my daughter is home with me. He is worth every penny and more. I dont mind paying for skill, especially in this case. I was scared, and unsure of what to do or how to do it. He helped every step. I would recommend him to everyone.

Just seeing what happens when i rate this piece of sewage "good" instead of "bad". My colleague enlisted the services of Greg unknowingly at about the same time back in 2012. He is a piece of "sewage". We both fired him. I enlisted the services of a regina lawyer and athough unhappy, things came out better. My colleague enlistedthe help from greg whalen and made out worse.. God bless you brother.. Take happiness knowing gregg walhen will spend eternity in hell.

I hired Greg in 2010 to overturn my separation agreement that I was forced into signing. Needless to say he passed my file around to so many of his colleagues he ended up losing my file and it went dormant for 2 years and when I tried to contact him he never returned my calls or emails. My case was just settled in 2016 by one of his colleagues and I ended up losing my commercial property because of his negligence! Now I am starting a Civil Law suite against him seeing how the Law Society wont do anything about his conduct.

My wife and i went in looking to begin the process of getting custody of my son because of some recent developments that made us feel uncomfortable about his living arrangments. Before we even began Greg cut us off and asked for our names and annual wages. as soon as he found out what we made per year he got cold, calculating and very dissmissive. He tried to tell us not to bother and to try and rersolve it outside of court at any cost, basically he tried to tell us we couldn't afford it without saying wqe coudln't afford it. he couldn't wait for the meeting to be over. My sister in law went through a custody battle that went to court and got dragged along for 8 months, she paid a total of $9,000.00 and Greg told me it cost between 20,000 to 40,000.... yeah. Unless you make 100k a year, find another lawyer, Greg Kuse doesn't care about middle class.

This guy should be jailed for the damage he caused me in my divource . Did not follow any direction i gave him, my experience was negative from start to finish ie i fired him. What profession can you be fired twice in the same day and still have a job? Lawyer !

This guy is too good to get a bad rating. He came highly recommended by a good friend of mine who went through a divorce as well. I provided him with all the information he required and he dealt with everything in an efficient matter. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Greg made a very difficult divorce much easier to deal with. He was very knowledgeable, trust worthy, and didn't waste my time or money chit chatting about the small stuff. It was frustrating at times not being able to reach him when I wanted to but I do realize he has more than me as a client. I would highly recommend this lawyer as I received a very good settlement. I'm happy and my kids are happy!

Overpriced and bad. Been my lawyer for 6 years and if I could drop him I would. He won't return emails (yes my account was up to date), drags stuff along. Signed an order on my behalf without reading it. Will keep you waiting in his office because he is not ready. I have really had to be on his butt to get him to do anything. Please do yourself a favour DO NOT USE HIM.

Don't hire this lawyer. He is aloof about your case. He won't return phone calls and emails, and overcharges you on everything. Refuses to work with you on a payment plan and will drop you as a client without any warning. Cold and insensitive to your plight. Look elsewhere. He made a difficult experience of getting divorce even more painful. Shouldn't be working in family law.
