Brett took our case, wrote a good letter, and then left for a month's vacation, turning our case over to a much less experienced lawyer. Brett should have told us when he took the case that he was leaving for this extended vacation. I have dealt with attorneys before, and this whole experience was about them racking up the billing. While I understand they are in business to make money, there should be some willingness to fight for their client. Look elsewhere for another lawyer.
