He lied to me and didn't bother meeting once after he took 3500 dollars. He bullied me and refused to give me my money back. DO NOT HIRE THIS THING

This man met with my son for about 10 minutes told him he had a good chance of winning his case ask for $1800 and after the money was paid he told him to plead guilty which he knew right from the start he is a crook in all aspects of the word and I would not recommend anyone go to this Lawyer he should not be allowed to practice law

He was hired to represent my son in a DUI matter. He told us we had a great case and took $7000.00 of our money. When my son's trial approached, he told him to plead guilty. He lied to us to get the $$$ and then would not do the job he promised. A sheriff later told me that he does that to everyone and that it is a wonder he is still allowed to be a lawyer. We went and got a real lawyer to represent our son and he got the charges dropped. Don't trust anything this man says; always get a second opinion if you talk to Mr. Atherton.
