Mr. Morley was my attorney for a divorce proceeding. Appointments were kept, court dates and filings never postponed, communication was good, and paperwork was completed in a timely manner. He did a good job.

His work was sloppy and even when correcting his errors, documents would go out incorrect. Once another clients document was sent to us. This placed our privacy in question. Notice of retainer fee use as agreed was disregarded followed by no monthly invoice to indicate the retainer was spent or to allow us review of hrs (per the atty client agreement). We learned of the retainer use by reading the fee amount within a document going to the court. He selectively answered email questions and when called stated in near every call " I don't have time for this, I have to be (somewhere)". He did not have the clients interest as a priority. The all about him attitude made for a difficult client experience at best. You get what you pay for does not apply here. The cost far exceeded the quality and professional work in exchange. He is not recommended unless you plan to do the work and pay him for placing his name on it.
