Paid almost $10000 to her firm and took seven months to realize they have no clue as to what they are doing or they just don't care. Only in it for the money. When you complain or ask for answers they switch you to another person who is just as incompetent as the first.They were supposed to help me with a loan modification and so far only have talked to the bank one time and I called and got more answers in 10 minutes then they have given me in 7 months.
