Unlike so many others, Louise Campbell is wise and ethical counsel and I have availed myself of her services several times now. For the record, my name is Chris Charbonneau, father with two boys and nine years of litigation with my ex. To anyone of need, I cannot recommend this lady enough, smart - to the point and ETHICAL..mostly because of her straight talk and constructive criticisms to which I have found to be almost always on point. It would be incredibly refreshing if there were so many more like her. These shabby reviews below are worthless because they are anonymous and without substance. Her service has been an enormous help and appreciated.

Poor communication! ALWAYS on holidays! Seems to have 2 sides! Definitely after the almighty dollar. Really not empathetic to your situation! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Louise and Emma did an amazing job for me in settling my divorce with an ex who wanted to drag the process out interminably. She handled my sister's difficult divorce very capably, so came highly recommended. Our rapport was honest and open and she doesn't beat around the bush. She kicked the other side's ass and didn't waste my time or money after the heavy lifting was done by giving the easier legal work to a junior lawyer, while still being accessible to me. I trust and highly recommend Louise and her firm for any family law issue. Her office also handled my real estate and a friend's family law issues very capably.

I don't understand these negative ratings about Louise. I have worked opposite Louise and referred clients to her for mediation for years. Louise has a long history of saying it like it is, giving clients the benefit of her extensive experience, and often making significant personal sacrifices in order to serve her clients. She has been a mentor to other family lawyers and is well regarded by the Courts and the other family lawyers. Not every lawyer fits for every client, but Louise is someone that I will continue to send people to because of the reports of good service that come back to me. When looking to schedule a dispute resolution hearing I first look to see when Louise is acting as the DRO at the Court and try to book that date. She really cares about her work and loves doing it. It shows.

Unprofessional, uneducated, incompetent. Zero communication skills along with her assistant Joni Fehr is beyond rude and unapproachable. Between the two of them we were charged an exorbitant amount of money....for a one hour meeting! Then sent incorrect material to the incorrect people! Unbelievably disorganized! Still waiting for the mix up to be righted and it's been 3 weeks. They have our payment because they promise but they do not deliver. Do not use this law firm, unless you intend to hire another law firm to oversee Louise Campbell.

FAIL!!! Went to mediation with Campbell! Communication skills with other lawyers TERRIBLE, RUDE! She goes as far as using All Caps in some of her communication. Demeaning to others!

Ms. campbell takes on to many clients. While she is a nice person, she did not act in my best interest. I hired her, she had not read my file before entering negotiations with the mediator. She informed the mediator I left my ex instead of the other way around. She is not savvy enough when it comes to finances and I ended up poorly represented and it cost me $1000's of dollars. My ex makes over $660,000 and only I can only count $230,000 for child support purposes. She did not even notice when I left the room, but continued to negotiate with my ex's lawyer and the mediator as if I was not there. I would not recommend her at all.
