She is the best lawyer I've ever had in my life she got me full custody of all 3 my boys so whatever anybody saying about her you should really think about what you're saying because she is phenomenal and she's determined and if she's a bully let her be a bully because you know what maybe that's what she needs to do to make guys understand and know your rights about what you need and what you deserve in life

Lets her emotions get in the way of her manners and work. Yells, bullies, insults, calls names, sometimes refuses to even speak to opposing parties and lawyers. I do not recommend.

Huge mistake hiring her. She is a bully who is verbally abusive once she gets your Legal Aid certificate under her name. Made regular sexist remarks (saying I was "mansplaining" when I expressed my opinion on issues), constantly accused me of being "controlling" when I wished to see my children more than once every two weeks, blew up on me if I ever dared question her decisions, and even dismissed my daughter's suicidal depression caused by the separation saying she was probably just seeking attention. Ms Watson had to apologize more than once for her abusive behavior and poor judgement. She refused to file important motions because I was "running out of Legal Aid money," and showed neither interest nor confidence in me or my case. Her main problem is that she can't put her own feelings of bitterness and contempt for others aside. She refuses to represent you, and instead will only represent herself. A cruel and miserable woman, and a nightmare to deal with. Find someone else.

I am currently using Holly for a family court battle with my ex. Not only will Holly ignore my wishes but she belittles me and has made it clear that if I don't use her I will have to represent myself because no other lawyer will accept me and legal aid will not let me change lawyers. My ex was extremely abusive to the point where there are criminal charges pending trial for rape, forceable confinement, rape and assault causing bodily harm which my lawyer refuses to acknowledge in court. She mimics me and tells me I have to allow him more access after my 2 year old comes home with a dislocated elbow. DO NOT USE HER, she is cold, unsympathetic and does not put you or your children first. After our last court meeting she sat there and mimic'd me with her hands in a belittling voice repeating my words to her then told me not to start and then goes but I started and laughed. I tried to talk to her and her statement to me was that because I stayed with him after he hit me I had no defense.

Holly is a dedicated lawyer who really goes to bat for her clients. She specializes in CAS cases and is one of the few lawyers in London who handles those types of cases. She did a great job on my case and my kids were returned to me even though the CAS wanted to take them away. I recommend Holly to my friends and she has helped them too.

Don't use her!! The only reason she is in business is because she is on the legal aid list, I've heard NUMEROUS similar negative experiences with her. Sites like this are a god send and lawyers like Holly who do not enjoy family law shouldn't work in this highly personal and emotional field. We are talking about families and children's lives but Holly will just scowl at you and make snide comments under her breath. It's clear she despises her low income clients and has told me they are "wasting tax payers dollars" even thought legs laid approved them. Her office has no heat in the winter and no hot water. She got my child's name wrong after using her for over 3 years... She DOES NOT care nor is invested. I felt stuck and would have switched lawyers if legal aid allowed me to. I am now in the family law field myself and will caution everyone from using her.

I was looking up Holly's phone number when I came across this site! I have retained Holly Watson! I am in disagreement to the other rating! Holly is a matter of fact lawyer! If it wasn't for her telling me something was petty I would have stayed focused on petty stuff instead of the important issues at hand! In family matters we get emotionally entangled and even the petty things seem large to us! It is good to have someone ground you! I find Holly Watson to be smart in all areas including the physiology of the situation! Does she take a matter of fact approach yes! Does she pamper no! I am glad so I can stay focused! Thanks Holly for all you have done for me,

I have used Holly for a family law matter which was very lengthy and emotionally draining for me. Her years of experience have left her jaded. She is extremely un sympathetic, cold and dismissive. She is uninterested in resolving things to your satisfaction, instead makes you aware that what you are asking for is "petty" even though it's YOUR family your fighting for. She will be little you and she isn't an ally to you. Definitely did not feel like I had her on my side. She is very knowledgeable however in law & communicates well. I wouldn't use her services again unless you want to be put down & drained not only by the other side but by her as well.
