Mr. McInnis was not diligent with my family case, he accepted all of my ex-partner requirements what ended up restricting me from proper access to the children. Furthermore, The communication was very poor by not answering the questions I was concerned about. I ended up stepping him out of my case.

Exceptional knowledge. Considerable time allotted for detailed explanations of the process. Ongoing communication and consideration for personal issues of great sensitivity. Experienced. He exudes arrogance, it may take up to 3 years for a response.He will take your money and shmooze the other side. He will not respond to phone calls or emails. For anybody trying to have an honest and fair divorce. He's too much of a shiester to resolve anything .

Mr McInnis represented myself in a divorce case. Not only did I lose all 3 house, I had no other choose but to claim bankruptcy after my 4.5 yrs of court battles. I myself had to return to court and represent myself to get my child's passport which was one of things I wanted After the 4.5 yrs of court battles I am still not divorced !!

Very poor communications and poor ethics. Chris spent more time helping out the other party and lawyer then representing myself. He actually provided unofficial copies of affidavits to be used in court prior to court in order to allow other party to prepare. When asked very direct questions, would defer or avoid answering. Currently filing in small claims as he has given away all my assets to other party while invoicing $10k. Opening Case conference discussions was 2.5 hours of him asking for money. Had to purchase copies of court documents to find out what happen.

He handled our divorce - it took 3 years. Poor communication and questionable ethics. Not recommended.

Chris talks a big game, but it is only talk. He had my divorce case for 4 yrs and I had to fire him because of his arrogance and not being able to finish anything properly. If you want the run around and to be taken to the cleaners not only by your ex but also by a lawyer then hire Chris, he will gladly take your money..

Christopher McIinnis Is not the lawyer you would ever want to use. He plays games with your life and could not care less. He has had my family matter for 8 years now and I still have no idea were I stand. My questions go unanswered. I will be filing a small clams court action against him as well as a complaint with the law society
