Allen Robert Thayer was suspended from the practice of law April 3, 2001, under Case No.?49S00-9806-DI-376.
He has been fired from several of his last few jobs for violating Ind. Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.7(b) and 1.8(a) and 1.5(a) and committing bankruptcy fraud himself. He also had several restraining orders filed against him and has several unpaid collection and judgment accounts on his credit file.
