This is a lawyer who doesn't do her due diligence when listening to her client. This is a lawyer who has destroyed the relationship between father and son because she thought her client was telling the truth, Her client must now face the lies she has told and I will be reporting this lawyer to the law society for acting so negligent

My daughter has retained Elisabeth on family matter with an extremely difficult and beyond challenging ex partner.Elisabeth has represented her for about 1 year and the matter should be finalized at trial in a few months.We have found her to be very knowledgeable,responsive and efficient.She thinks and reacts quickly in court.She is well respected by her peers and judges,which can be very important to her clients.More importantly though,she is very kind and supportive beyond what you would (or should) expect from a lawyer.The difficult ex partner has made numerous frivolous applications,often serviced at the last moment and often without service at all.I shouldn't really say this because it should not be expected but Elisabeth has worked diligently over the weekends and evenings at times including numerous communicative emails in the evening to be certain that her client has been well represented.If you don't want that difficult ex to cause pain,call Strain !
