To all litigants, do not retain this lawyer,Joel beckman, family law, santa fe springs, calif. I hired this lawyer and gave him a retainer of 3 to 5 thousand dollars to represent me in a ugly divorce case. I did not want to hire him but I did. I than fired him also. I was going thru an ungly divorce with my x wife. We came to an agreement that he would lien my house for 15,000.00 and the he reneged on this agreement when the real state market crashed, and than he quits. I hate this guy. My wife was order to sell one of my houses in Fontana.calif. It was a court order issues by Judge Axel,Norwark Superior Court. She was court ordered twice and he did nothing. Joel beckman was suppose for file paperwork with the clerks office to have my x repremended or jailed by Judge Axel. Mr. Beckman did nothing. Also, in reviewing the file there was a listing agreement, that He had retained a real estate agent to sell my house in fontana. well at the time the house was worth about 350, to 380,000.
