In my opinion, under Gunn's leadership, money from the estate was wasted time and time again. The will clearly stated that "Trustees shall have two qualified independent appraisers evaluate the said farm or farms." The first appraiser was not "qualified", but the estate had to pay her. Then, just one new appraiser was hired. The estate consequently had to hire another appraiser so there would be "two qualified independent appraisers" and the second appraisal had to be updated to be current with the third appraisal.The executors' money was not properly dealt with as per Canada Revenue rules. That resulted in time and money being lost as Gunn had to deal with that issue. These are not new Canada Revenue rules. Telephone stocks were hand delivered to Gunn's office in 2006. As far as I can tell at this time, he did not deal with them in any way during his administration of the estate. The estate is settled, the telephone stocks haven't been dealt with. Many more examples exist.
