Divorce.original meeting was great. Seemed knowledgeable and empathetic to my case. Payment over three months. Paid her in full. After paid off. No responses from her. Oh wait, yes her responses are excuses as to why she hasn't bothered to respond to my status requests. No advice. No help. Six months later I've negotiated an agreed divorce myself. Can I get her to finalize the terms and paperwork? No. No divorce, zero communication from her in almost a month despite repeated attempt for status. Want to throw away a bunch of money? Be sure and hire Mcdermed. Want a truckload of frustration anger and bitterness? Hire Marie. Want to appear in court without an attorney to represent you? Hire Mcdermed. Want to explore how to file a grievance against an attorney? Marie's your gal. You'll learn more about the bad faith experience than you'll ever wish to know. Final thought. Hire ANYONE else.
