You would be hard pressed to find a more common sense, pragmatic, assertive, informed lawyer to represent you in the GTA. He is straightforward about the facts of a case and practical in his approach to getting a just result. I have experienced the exact opposite type of lawyer as well ---and therefore understand how to sift between those that are excellent and those that are entirley sub par. John Sheard is excellent.

I only asked John for some preliminary advice as to whether I had a particular claim and he provided a straightforward and honest answer. I was happy I e-mailed him; he helped me understand the relevant issues more clearly.
