Do not go to this lawyer, your biggest mistake! He is VERY deceptive. He comes off very nice and positive, telling you he can do whatever you want. Then you pay him the money and he comes back telling you that what you want, he can't do and refuses to give you any of your money back because he already "did some work on the case".
I complained against him to The Kansas City Bar Association and The Missouri Supreme Court Disciplinary Committee, unfortunately both to no avail. The 'Resume' section on his page is not very accurate, as it does not mention about complaints that he went undisciplined for.
