Unresponsive, wouldn't commit to timely work, misrepresented his services, when we decided to not use him he threatened to sue our surrogate (even though she never had any agreement with him). He caused her so much grief that she decided she didn’t want to be a surrogate anymore.
Under the advice of several attorneys, I am in the process of filing several ethics violations with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court against him.

The attorney does not communicate timely. He will not communicate via telephone and does not use e-mail. He does not follow up on the status of matters. He pads the billing to ensure that he exhausts the retainer, as well.
