Very unreliable .. he does not follow up with you, me and my husband used him and we are very disappointed and we will never use him again. I donot recommend him you will be better off representing Yourself.. He doesn't return phone calls you have to hound him just to get a response.

BEWARE--Mr Cannon was handling my custody case poorly and I fired him. I would not recommend his legal services. His behavior comes across as a wolf in sheep's clothing. Everything written here were my experiences.Mr Cannon was arrogant and had no game plan and when questioned he would write hostile emails when you questioned him. He was condescending and insulting.He did a poor job in returning phone calls and emails.
When I told Mr.Cannon I would report him to the State Bar & write an honest unflattering review of what he has not done for my case. He stated he would casually go to opposing counsel and let them know I had waived privilege and if subpoenaed he would be compelled to say things NON-privileged communications we have had to hurt my case.I hired an attorney who had a plan as to how to this case in getting custody back of my child. He did not shoot down every idea and didn't let his ego get in the way like Mr Cannon.I got 98% custody of my child with sole decision making.

The complaints are accurate and true. He will ignore you and not give you information about your case. His AVVO rating should be downgraded to a grading of 6. He doesn't care and it shows. The comments saying he's a good lawyer are suspicious and probably written by family.
