Had terrible expiriences with this Lawyer, very unprofessional, and rude. she acts like she is better than you, and constantly trying to bring others down. She has absolutely no patience and lashes out on people and staff. please don't give you money to people like this.

Had a very horrifying, rude and unprofessional conversation with the lawyer. She was referred by a contact and I wanted an appointment to notarize my will, affidavit of execution, enduring power of attorney and PD. She was very patronizing and stated that no other lawyers would help me with this. I understand that it can be risky for the lawyer if they don't do it themselves and I also respect their decision to reject me but she was downright rude and I felt very offended and patronized after the conversation. In that case, Alberta should not be having will kits as well as power of attorney/pd kits in the registries for us to help ourselves!!!

We drove in to Edmonton from a small town for Anitha to do our wills. Anitha is so kind and loving and very very helpful. We didn't know how to go about this process and we felt nervous but once we came into her office and she greeted us with a great big smile and walked us thru this process with ease .I would recommend this kind lady for any legal services she is the best .

Anitha helped through a sale of a house as well as the purchase of a new one. We encountered some issues on the purchase regarding a deck that was not in compliance with the city and she worked diligently to help me through that issue. I felt that she really took charge to get the situation resolved in my best interest. Very happy with her work, and a fair price for doing so.

Anitha did our closing on our two homes I couldn't ask for a more dedicated woman. The second home turned out to be a difficult deal and Anitha went above and and beyond to get the deal closed, she stayed at her office very very late just so we could sign the papers!!! Overworked and therefore disorganized. Insists on doing everything herself which means delays. My mortgage payout was delayed and I had to eat 2 days of interest. Even though she has done a lot of realty law, she forgets the basics (does not remember that insurance has to be in place). Calls me to come over and sign docs. at a moment's notice. No communication until the 11th hour and expects her clients to dance to her tune. Being the lawyer, she has access to everything and can make life hard so had to play ball. Anitha Kandath, you need to show some respect to your clients and value them. One day, someone's going to give you a taste of your own medicine, if they haven't already.

Does not return phone calls. Has excuses like ‘had to go to dentist‘ and ‘family emergency‘ all the time. Courier has not delivered paperwork, maybe ‘they‘ lost it. Sounds like kid excuses used in school. (my dog ate my homework) The deal I was working on fell through because of her neglect.
