Ms. Bailey knows immigration law. She charges high prices. Her ongoing communication around a case is poor, e,g long periods of time without returning calls. Her staff attempts to have a "professional demeanor" but are just rude. Feeling in office is unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Staff need to have some training in "people skills" and positive communication.
