Doug represented me as a buyer during a real estate purchase process. I wanted to say that Doug has done an excellent job. I am extremely satisfied with the work and care that Doug and his team provided. He is very smart, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Doug to others without hesitation.

I want to sincerely Thank Doug and his staff for assisting us with my recently deceased Mother's estate. Her passing came unexpectedly, and needless to say we were not prepared for managing much. Doug provided us with clear and concise information in a timely manner. It was obvious that Doug was well experienced at managing wills and estates. He spent time with us to ensure we understood all of the documentation. Thank you, Mr. Sulman.

My experience is very similar to the previous poster. The self-serving clause was also written into my father's will. We ignored it and chose other legal representation for the real estate transaction due to the deplorable service provided by Doug Sulman and, in particular, his law clerk. What should have been a simple and straightforward application for probate became a very stressful, prolonged process punctuated by errors that were eventually billed to us. Repeated requests for an estimate for legal services were ignored. The attitude of his clerk was apathetic at best but often rude and even belligerent. The experience was indescribably difficult. I could never recommend Mr. Sulman's services for even the simplest of legal work. At the end of a very painful experience, we were left with an over-inflated bill (compared to costs for a similar service when speaking to other legal firms after the experience). Subsequent emails for clarification of the costs have been ignored.

Wrote my mother's will, and put in a clause stating that all estate, real estate my be done through him. "Self Serving" clause which forces you to go through him or pay to get out. Rude secretary, don't treat people nice nor fair
