Phillips law has an attorney working for them named Tim Tonkin. Him and his wife, Monica Tonkin have made perverse attempts to adopt my two children, 12 and six years old. CPS took the children from their home and placed them with family. For a week I have been trying to recover the children's toys, iPads and clothing from the Tonkins.
It is astonishing that two adults would deliberately refuse to give children their own toys and clothing. A law firm employing such an individual should screen their employees better. The toys and clothing belong to the children. The same children that these people were hoping to adopt. Any adult acting in this manner should be seriously chastised. Any legal firm employing such an individual should likewise.
