Mr Cody was evasive and I ended up doing a lot of the legwork. His assistant in an estate case advised one of the parties to contest. Despite this, he charged me over twice what I was quoted.

When I took budgetary quote for home closing he advised it will be $700 + disbursements total in range of $1100 to $1200. When I went to sign papers, he advised me it will be $1050 + Disbursements and will be in range of $ 1500 to $ 1600. He has the money from Bank so he just increased his fees at the last minute, people have no other alternative. This is a corrupt business practice. Does not return phone call or pick up. I called his office, was on HOLD for 20 mins.
