Amazing lawyer. Caring, knowledgeable and fierce. She does the work herself and so different from fancy firms that charge you for lawyer but give you a paralegal or immigration consultant to do the work. I switched mid way of my file and it was my best decision. Will be thankful to her forever.

Don't fall for immig consultants. I did before and I got into a lot of nasty trouble. I then booked an appointment with Mrs. Shariary. She was tough on me for the mess in my file but patiently helped me to correct it. Insists on truth. But saved me from a disaster. I had difficult Refugee court but got accepted with this excellent lawyer.

A consultation with this lawyer can save you a lot of headache and money. Don't get fooled by promises from consultants. Very grateful for the honest advice I got about some shady suggestions others had given me for my nephew's immigration to Canada. Was hard to hear but extremely important.

The most caring and also fiesty refugee lawyer for your hearing at least in Vancouver is this woman. Believe me I went through a few lawyers before I was fortunate and Shahriari accepted me as a client. She is kind with you and then all of a sudden, you will find her fighting for you in a hearing like you won't believe it. The best refugee lawyer by far in Canada. She is too busy so she does not need my review but I am happy after such a long time because of her that I had to do something.

Shahriari is excellent. I finished my case with her and for the first time I feel safe now in my life. She made me calm but fighting for me in court. Knowledge of refugee law is awesome. She does not take many cases though. When she takes your case she is on top of it until the end. Even the refugee judge thanked her for her preperetion. And she spoke my language and knows about politics in Iran in full.

I can't say enough good about Mojdeh Shahriary. She is excellent. She got me refugee success and saved my life. Everything went smooth and little stress for me. Hard to get her as your lawyer but highly recommend if you can. Bless her.

She is highly specialized and knowledgeable in what she does which is refugee law and immigration litigation. The only problem is that she is usually booked and you cannot get an appointment with her. I had lost my refugee case and I was desparate. Everyone was recommending her but she had no time. This is several years ago. I finally got her to accept my case. I was amazed how confident and also compassionate a lawyer this woman is. She will fight for you and she will care for you until your ordeal is over. She saved my life. This is not exaggerating. And she did it with legal aid and very humbly. I am now permanent resident and going to university in Canada.
