Have dealt with Wayne for 13 years (!) on a workers comp disability case. Talk about tenacity! First concern is always does the client have what she needs. If not, how do we get it? Great attitude. Responsive to client needs. He's dealing with a very uncooperative, unresponsive opposition which is added work for him. I really feel he has done an excellent job on a long, tedious, involved case. Cannot recommend him highly enough. On communication, gave a 4 because I feel his staff could be more responsive in a timely and helpful manner at times.
