Went to Julie for an issue with FRO at that visit she had stated that I should go after my ex for back payments owing due to not increasing support payment since 2009. She said it would be a "cut and dry" case. Well this dragged on, and now I owe her over $4000 and that is not including what I had already paid retainer fees etc. I am a single parent with two children and we were also fighting for the pay increase as well as leagal fees. Well nothing happened with the case, it went NOWHERE and I am left with a large bill. She now has filed for small claims court. So I guess out of this I may lose my house or car. Guess you never should trust a lwyer.
