Norman Carroll should not be practicing law. He is unprofessional, unknowledgable and not only did he not help me with my case, he actually made it worse. His staff is unprofessional, unorganized and I had to complain twice about overbilling on my accounts. Please do not waste your valuable time and money on Norman Carroll, it will be the worst mistake of your life. His knowledge of the law is pathetic. I would not recommend Norman Carroll to my worst enemy.

Norman Carroll was a huge disappointment. I found he lacked the proper knowledge to help me with my case, even though his website stated that he was very knowledgeable and experienced. I found both he and his assistant to be unprofessional and I had many concerns with my bills. I was overcharged several times and had to have some charges reversed. Needless to say, I would not recommend Norman Carroll or his firm.
