Extremely arrogant, unethical poor representation atty. Wazhma routinely ignored "costly" emails, totally lacked communication. I wonder how I allowed myself to deal with this utter insanity for so long. She pushed continuance after continuance for the hearings, prolonging the case, resulting in huge expense! My thoughts are she is incapable of handling anything other than a "cookie-cutter" divorce. The most recent experience was inquiring about the recent failed deposition and subpoena and how could that happen? She would not respond, which was not uncommon. I then found out she was on a long family vacation, meanwhile, my case is getting sabotaged by the other side as they were now aware of revealed information we gave to them for responses, yet NO RESPONSES! I am left with huge c.c debt from her outrageous fees, anxiety, anguish causing lack of sleep. It's bad enough going through a divorce, but, an atty who lacks competence, care and more is a recipe for disaster.

Stay away from her, she will keep proloning the case and keep on charging you and in the end you lose everything.

So far so good. Going through devorce can be hell, but it doesn't have to be if you listen to Wazhma Mojaddidi and her team. Ms.Mojaddidi actually wants to keep the family intact and do the right thing for everyone involved. She will do her best to work with the opposing attorney so that everyone has a fair outcome and you don't just waist your life savings or your child's inheritance.

Going through a divorce is tough enough, but being accused of false allegations can be devastating! Not only did Wazhma help me fight those allegations successfully, but she also helped me remain comfortable while she worked on my case. One word of advice when dealing with this lawyer and her paralegals: listen! Listen to what she has to say and provide her with the complete facts. She will then take care of the rest.
