I tried using him but he was awful. He was super expensive as well. I thought with the dollar figure of 380/hr that i would be getting someone who would be on their game but no. I eventually switched to a junior and she got the job done in 3 months and he was taking a year to do what needed to be done. He talks a good game but don't be fooled like i was.

AVOID JAMES KORPAN!! All big talk in his office but in court was a mouse! Lost the entire case and judge even added fees payable to ex that I'd already paid! Didn't say one darned sentence in court--deferred everything to ex's lawyer and didn't stand up for me whatsoever. DO NOT HIRE!! Expensive, all talk, only worries about his money--did nothing for me! Charged $7000+ to win nothing and judge to add even more unsubstantiated costs with no protest or comment by my lawyer. Lost the whole case and then some!

only in it for money-he wouldnt take on my case due to conflict with other layer-he moved me to another lawyer in his office & I had to have another meeting with him--my hubby & I decided to stay together & the lawyer did NOTHING but have a "meeting with me" NOTHING else & I was charged $3070.00!!!! dont waste your money
