Very dishonest. Monte K. Davis took almost three thousand dollars between an unnecessary retainer and business services provided that would never be paid as promised. Several times asking him where he is at with a simple slip and fall case he would not answer or reply to inquire by emails, phonecalls, or text messaging. After several frustrating attempts and threats to hire a new attorney He would later answer with apologies saying he was in the hospital. Promises to litigate would follow that never would happen. After two years of procrastinating and obvious lies about case I had no choice to find a new attorney. I have seen other complaints of similarity and hope I can contact his victims and file a joint grievance in hopes of revocation of his licsense. It is very clear he has done this in the past with others and we need to join hands on removing this unethical desparate atorney before he ruins any other legitimate lawsuits that this crook can victimize DO NOT TRUST.

Took 1500 dollars right away . waited 3 years for him to get me a divorce. he wanted more money . when pressed the issue to get my divorce he got mean, rude, sent me text messages saying he wanted nothing to do with me or my father . Monte said he fired both me and my father kept our money and never got me my divorce. I had to take care of my divorce myself and nothing came from it because I was so fed up. do not ever use him he will take your money put you through hell and heartache for years and get nothing from it.

DO NOT EVER USE HIM!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!! He is rude and will not help you. Quick to pick up hi money, the rest is up to you.
