I would give 0s if I could. I paid a retainer for Trivieri with help to stop support payments. My ex’s lawyer contacted Trivieri to discuss as well sent a letter. I was not informed of either. I found out weeks later only because I contacted her office to inquire what was being done to move my case forward. At that point I was instructed to contact my ex’s lawyer on my own. Which I did. The other side’s lawyer and I both didn’t understand why I was talking to him and not the lawyer I retained to work on my behalf. I was informed there was a letter to settle sent to her. I never received a copy or was informed of it. Terrible. Everything could have been finished weeks earlier. All communication after the first meeting with Trivieri was only with the admin assistant. Only because of my own actions did my case progress. However I was certainly given a hefty bill. I do not feel she worked on my case or provided me with information she had from the other side (phone calls and letters)
