I have referred many Clients to Dean. He has always been very helpful and accomodating. His price is very fair and he picks up the phone to answer questions and help with anything that comes up. He is easy to talk and to work with.

Dean has always gone above and beyond with helping not just myself with Real Estate but also my clients. All of my clients have indicated they have had great experiences with Dean and his staff. Many times I have called Dean with questions and he gets back to me in a timely fashion. I don't input negative comments without posting my name! Mike Brownson

One of the worst attorneys I have dealt with, not knowledgeable about many parts of real estate and told me to do research on my own because he didn't know. Also overcharged me with a bill significantly higher than what he told me upfront and hid the bill when I went to meet him in person. Cost me money through his lack of knowledge and attention to detail. Dont make my mistake, go with another lawyer and different firm.

He is lacking an understanding of real estate law which is very scary considering he represents individuals in a legal contractual transaction in real estate. Stay far away from him and use another lawyer that provides good service.
