I’ve seen this lawyer plead three times now, and he’s not very good. He wings it! Bad reputation in front of the magistrate. Save your money and time, and find a better lawyer than this guy.

This lawyer is indeed a very dishonest and unscupulous character. Stay await at all costs, and denounce him to the proper authorities as soon as he begins his lying/manoeuvering in your case. He even lies to the courts almost daily and files empty and half-true motions simply to create havoc and make the opposing party spend senseless legal fees to oppose him. He has had many complaints at the bar, and is totally unethical. Buyer beware.

Me. Roch is easy to work with, and is patient, caring yet strong and fearless. He is a little hard to communicate with because of his busy schedule, but he is direct and honest. Rare to find a lawyer with these values. Now he just has to win my case. He is short tempered, and is firm on the best interest of his clients. He loves to argue and will always make his point clear and direct. He doesn't give his clients the run arounds, and is always fair and reasonable. He puts you on the right path, and makes sure his clients act reasonable and just. His fares are reasonable, and doesn't over charge. We'll see the rest with the outcome, but win or loose, he does his best.
