Gordon Ball did not follow through on promises, he did not explain things properly, and he wrote exceptionally rude emails to me. I had to find another lawyer to finish the process.

I went to this guy to have a new will made. He assured me my wishes were no problem and wrote down a maximum of 12 words while we spoke. He asked to keep my old will. First draft was identical to old will. Second draft included my emailed changes and still a lot of old stuff I didn't want. By this time I was terribly upset so I fired him. Received a very sarcastic and rude reply. And he expected me to remove my shoes before I entered his premises. As I have mobility issues I have difficulty walking without my special shoes. This was just a horrid experience. I urge you to find nd a different lawyer.
