Took over 8 years to settle an injury case for me. Got 180 k. He got 90 k and worked out a deal with worker comp carrier. so they got the other 90k. Left with nothing on my own case. When I went to the judge he stood at the defendants table with the defendant. Real good for my own lawyer. I got SSDI, welfare and food stamps with 5 kids. He's a joke

Wanted lawyer re issue with home inspector/agents re sale of a house.
I met with him in June 2011, when statute of limitations against inspector still running.
I did not hire him then.
He wrote follow up letter, 6 mths still remain on 1 yr statute. He wrote only about 2 yr statute for fraud.
I relied on his statement of 2 years since no mention of the 1 yr. On May 25, 2012, 5 1/2 months after statute against inspector over I hired him.
He wrote complaint for initiation of lawsuit only against inspector: 2 counts:breach of contract & Negligence.
Pa real estate law specifically states there is a one year statute of limitations against home inspectors for negligence.
Since he included negligence in complaint, and as he never mentioned it when statute still running, he was negligent & ignorant (unaware) of Pa. real estate law.
