I can agree with the many others that have stated Rachel Radley and her staff as great at taking your money and getting no results. I would not recommend this firm at all. Rachel, her staff, her lawyers and junior lawyers play the part really well. They act as if they are on your side, want to help you but instead they instill fear in you, drag their feet on issues, and incorrectly bill you at any given point. I recommend for anyone hiring a family lawyer - go out there and consult with as many as you can. I was blind sided and needed a lawyer ASAP and therefore didn’t have the time to shop around. I wasted a lot of money and 5 plus years later nothing has been settled. Run from this firm as fast as you found it - these lawyers are like high priced call girls, as long as you pay them they will do tricks for you!

Very happy with the service, both from Rachel and all her support staff. Always available when needed, and they would very quickly to get to a resolution with my ex (which had dragged on for several years under another lawyer at another firm). I highly recommend that anyone with family law issues consider Rachel as their lawyer. You won't be disappointed.

firstly, if you are reading this, I want to say how sorry I am for what you are going through.
No one thinks about the legal side of marriage, until it's over, and most of us have no idea what it takes to end a relationship. When I faced my own separation I was recommended to Rachel and her staff at and they took over all of my legal worries, infact, they put them to rest. I was scared, confused and emotionally exhausted, but Rachel changed all that for me. I retained her almost immediately after our initial consultation, as soon as I realized she respected me and my situation. Her knowledge, tacted, and experience showed will in my separation negotiations, and I am the happiest one can be in this unfortunate circumstance.
Rachel was not just my lawyer, she became a friend, who listened and understood.
Rachel, thank you for making me believe that I am brave enough to imagine a better life for myself, and for helping me get just that.

Rachel will give you the 1st meeting free, at least she did 2 years ago with me. But she and her associate and the clerks lack the ability to grasp the financial concepts in my case. The clerks insisted in doing things wrong and lacks the basic accounting training. Her younger associate (Kamla Lewis) were could not hold against the stress in a court conference room, presentation skill was a mess. I wasted over 30K and 2 years with her NOT achieved anything. Had to switch lawyer. Never trust this firm.

I hired her based on her glowing online reviews and the fact that her firm was ranked as one of "the best" in the area. I'd like to second what the reviewer below claims regarding these reviews: I believe they were written by the same person, most likely an employee. Ms. Radley is good at precisely two things: filing documents on time, and tooting her own horn. She will sit with you in meetings and fill you with confidence about the outcome of your case, but it's all for show. She made promises to me in our first meeting that she never followed through on. She is motivated primarily by money, and if you so much as hint that you're concerned about how quickly she flies through your retainer, she will dump you in a quick, coldhearted fashion and toss you to a cheaper, less experienced associate. Her overall attitude is arrogant and disingenuous: before our last meeting, I had to sit in reception and listen to her and an associate openly mock a client over lunch. Avoid at all costs.

Well marketed that's for sure. If you carefully read reviews all over the net you will notice the language is linguistically identical. Either they are fake as she is or she's hired marketing experts.

Rachel and her team have helped me navigate the family court system for years in a high conflict custody battle. She turns chaos into order, and is strategic, honest and always available for guidance and advice. I trust her with my life and the lives of my kids...she has always put my kids first. After spending many days at the courthouse with Rachel, I can see she is well respected by her peers and the court staff. I don't know where we would be without her and her amazing team.
