BEWARE OF THIS GUY!!! He uses shady tactics. For example, he offers a book on TV, in this case it was about the cancer my mother died from. According to my doctor the info is unreliable. What's worse, I had not even received the book yet and this guy was calling me and spinning his spiel. Unfortunately I fell for it. He touts his experience, and then after you sign with him, he hands your case off to people who in our case only managed to screw things up. This case centered around my mothers death at 60 years old, because she was exposed to a product that was known to be deadly by the company that sold it. They failed to contact an important witness, whose number was in the phone book. They greatly damaged our case. When I tried to contact him, he would never call me back. He is the kind of lawyers that give lawyers a bad name.
