I had an experience years ago
With this lawyer and deception was practiced I was with someone else and behaved aggressively ,we left area he saw us came by our car aggressivly. The case involved his then wife pat Kelly and company she worked for which was investigated and found guilty of contravention of labor laws and tax laws. I would suggest staying away from this lawyer.

Straightforward experience and he walked us through everything carefully. That said, it took a lot of time to get our documents and it was hard to get a hold of anyone at the office. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again, except if I was in a rush or needed something promptly.

Do not use this lawyer for anything difficult. He's only after quick easy money. He doesn't respond in timely manner or at all to opposing lawyers. Makes derogatory comments to you. Paperwork is often incorrect.

if the cash or a problem exist's, Gerry will run the other way. He does not want any problems. Just easy money. That was clear. He fooled us when he spoke about family law, He should remove himself from family law. Just no quality here in MR loster. Sells a great speech but really lacks what it takes to stand up against a bunch of woman in the Victoria courts. I certainty understand that but realized he was unable to defend us properly and as a result lost our case. Great job Gerald....just lacks experience to be honest. Although you think he has it because of his age you find find yourself wronged just like "US"

I'd be looking twice, I didnt think i was retaining a lawyer to be questioning my neg approach. Just not tough enough at the table. Extremly dissapointed.

Gerry came onto my matrimonial matter with exceedingly short notice. He came in on a weekend. He helped me make my first appearance while self-represented. A real professional. Happy to recommend. I should probably give higher marks...but this system won't let me!
