Mr. Kirby did an excellent job with our case. I would recommend him for any case where you need a lawyer to fight for your interests or the interests of your family. He and his staff treated us like family and kept us informed every step of the way.

Todd Kirby broke his oath through manipulating the legal system and advising his client to continue to do so. When a lawyer manipulates a final court order by slipping an original temporary order as the final, continues to direct his client to do so knowingly...they need their bar pulled. He also likes to use phrases behind closed doors such as "if you want to spar I'll spar with you" or hypotheticals of not seeing your kid again. Search around and you'll find his bad tactics spreading from behind closed doors to manipulating the justice system down to his cases of CPS suits. This is a bad lawyer who can't hide his trail and I'm not sure how long his career will last at this rate but I do hope it ends sooner than later...the children are who suffer, I'm sure he sleeps fine though.

Todd Kirby represented me in a criminal case he is horrible he never had any contact with me about my case. I never met him until my hearing to be sentenced. And that was in the court room we never had a briefing or anything. I ended up pleading to a charge that carried more Tim than what I was actually guilty of. I just said the heck with it and took it because I was tired of sitting there. He also promised i was getting probation and I got sentenced to the maximum.

Mr. Kirby and his staff did an extraordinary job helping me with a legal matter. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. I was kept informed during each stage of the process and he was very accessible at all times. I would highly recommend Mr. Kirby and his firm for any legal issue you may have.

I could not have been more pleased with Mr. Kirby's representation. From the moment I walked into his office, Mr. Kirby and his staff showed me the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Not once did Mr. Kirby leave me in the dark about any aspect of my case. Mr. Kirby made countless efforts to keep me informed and at no point did I feel uncomfortable about the direction in which Mr. Kirby was taking my case; nor did he ever do anything without first consulting with me and illustrating my options. I was very lucky to have had such a knowledgeable attorney on my side. Mr Kirby has more grit and guts than any attorney in Beckley by far. I know this because Mr. Kirby fought hard for me, and I got a result that far surpassed my expectations. I am giving Mr. Kirby 5's on every category because there is literally no aspect of his representation that i was dissatisfied with. If you need someone to go 12 rounds for you, I suggest giving Mr. Kirby a call.

Mr Kirby was more interested in furthering his career than in representing my best interest. He refused to present vital information in my case. He also would get in the courtroom and propose totally different things than what we had discussed immediately before the hearing.He is emotionally unstable and his moods would swing drastically from one minute to the next.

This lawyer is new in practice. I fired him in the middle of a case. He refused to get police reports for my case. He considered it "mudslinging" however, the reports were vital case evidence. I asked him to request an immediate drug screen and he requested she be screen before the visitation and that gave her a month to prepare for the screen. He did not keep my informed about the case and had poor manners. He eats at the place where the other party works and I really believe that he talked about the case with the other side. He acted like he was on the other side. He was insulting.
