There are not many lawyers or Law Firms in Ontario like Franklin Law. The path to a successful legal battle against a employer is not an easy road. To reach the end, still sane and with your dignity intact requires; no demands that you have someone like Ron Franklin representing you. From our 1st meeting through to our last, there was never a moment’s doubt that my wife’s case would end with a successful conclusion.
Her case involved HRTO, WSIB and MOL with each issue requiring insights into the law that no layman could ever hope to achieve. Ron effortlessly negotiated the challenges and roadblocks thrown up by her employer. More importantly was able to succinctly explain his reasoning, the case law upon which it was based and his ultimate goal to my wife, a task I was not able to accomplish. Ultimately, he succeeded in bringing her satisfaction.

Ron was very diligent and committed to ensuring I received my just reward in an employment scenario.
