I had to give a forcd rating. My truth is this....I would give Attorney Kathryn Ross Spears of Miami Oklahoma a hugh zero & the finger!! She QUIT 2 yrs into a Probate. Then put a lien on my parents Estate to be paid in full. She was paid by the Estate 5,000.00 total for doing nothing but make excuses and to drag her (bare) feet with the probate process. I (PR) did all the work! I wish I would had read the real reviews of other clients. Their experience was very similar. My advice is this...if you are considering Kathryn Ross Spears for anything...RUN, RUN, RUN! I am also filing a complaint to the Oklahoma Bar & Attorney General. I am praying for Attorney Kathryn Ross Spears of Miami Oklahoma to be investigated and made to be accountable for her behavior & lack of ability to continue to PRACTICE (practice is what she does with your money) law! RUN!

In my opion we got a very bad return for our money, because we had thought about using her for bankruptcy but when we changed our mind she kept our whole $800 when we had done all the work and she hadn't even started the case. We got three different reasons why she wouldn't return the money. Finally she said it was a retainer fee (all $800. and she did no work for it). I could see a small fee of $100 but not all $800 when she had done nothing and no mention of a retainer fee. I made a complaint to the Bar and to the Attorney General of Oklahoma.
