After a year of lies ( that could have been resolved with opposing counsel over emails ) and 20k later nothing came of my case .. and fyi she ll make sure she has Ramsha run your bank account and not your file ! This place was a recommendation from a friend I should have never listened to !

Please believe the worst of the worst reported against Taragh Bracken. It’s all true. Taragh talks a lot but does nothing- except bill you like clock work. Don’t trust her, don’t use her. She was a babbling fool in front of the Judge, clearly didn’t know our case and was an absolute embarrassment caving entirely at the very first punch from opposing counsel. The biggest gift you will ever give yourself is to stay clear and just find someone else.

Talks a great story, gets nothing done. Spent over $100000 with her and nothing for money. No support, house was sold nothing settled. Finally found a new lawyer who got the job done

when I met Taragh I couldn't believe that finally I met a lawyer who cares. I strongly recommend Taragh and her office and her staff like Joan and all of them. very knowledgeable,organized,don't miss any details, determined to help and reasonable fees. one more thing about Taragh's communication skills when I saw her dealing with everyone in the court regarding my case including the judges I said to my self wow this lawyer so strong smart confidence knowing exactly what she is doing and 100 percent she is getting what she is here for.

I was recommended to Tara by a friend and i must say that she is a exceptional lawyer with a heart of gold. i was quite skeptical to meet her despite some of the postings online however she explained the circumstances of her situation which put me at ease. She did not take me for Retainer Ride like my previous council did, in fact she had my situation cleaned up within a year whereas my previous council had my file for almost four years and 150k later with nothing accomplished. I now see my son equally with my ex and I have completed the entire process with a new start to my life. If your looking for the right results at fair price give this lady a call you wont be disappointed

She has been my lawyer for the past two years and ive never met anyone who was so honest and caring, I don't quite understand some of these other reviews. I mean shes a absolute pitbull in court and really fought for me and got the results I needed. I love this lady, far better than the big firm I used in the city..i highly recommend

Nice lady but really lacked in keeping up the personal or empathetic touch after the first meeting. She talks a good game but I was disappointed with staff and her unwillingness to respond and they were catty with me as a woman. Seems like her personal problems overshadow her work abilities perhaps I simply retained her at a bad time in her life. It seemed like she or her aggressive staff was always hustling for cash even before a significant court event was to happen in the case.

Spent months with nothing getting settled. Thousands and thousands of dollars spent and no results. I hardly spoke to Taragh. They never showed any compassion towards my situation. Now I am still fighting and trying to fix the mess I was left with from this law office in court.

Taragh Bracken is one of the best lawyers I’ve ever met in my life. She is such a strong lawyer and her entire staff are just wonderful. I had just finished fighting a battle against a narc x and felt completely defeated and lost and she not only reopened and fixed it all she got me sole custody and made me feel like I was truly family as well as my child. She never backed down and. Ever gave up!! Would recommend her a million times over. She kept Costs down as best she could as well but as everyone knows court isn’t cheap!

Knowledge-She had my friend sign away any rights he may have had and suggested arbitration when the arbitrator was not qualified to rule on all the areas necessary in his case. He has a new lawyer trying to fix this now!!Communication- it was outrageous how she would disappear for weeks at time and almost everything she said would happen, the opposite happened.Tenacity- She sold my friend down the proverbial brown river and never told him he was going to lose everything he and his parents had worked so hard for. Work Quality and value- he paid over 60 000 and she never even finished settling the chattels. He finally fired her after seeing she was charged and he realized this woman is a crook and was just ripping him off as well. Since firing her, he has found a new lawyer and had to pay again for things Taragh should have done in the first place. I would not even recommend her to my worst enemy!!!!

This law firm is amazing and Taragh is compassionate, intelligent and will deal with your matter on a timely basis. Her fees are reasonable. She is a pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge is overwhelming and her clerks are very knowledgeable and up on their law. I would recommend Taragh and her firm in a heartbeat.

I was a little skeptical going to her office (with everything in the news about her) but my colleague spoke so highly of her and insisted I go. In the first 10 minutes of meeting her I knew I wanted her to represent me. She told me she will try to keep the cost down as best she can and she DID!! I felt really confident with her in court and dont be fooled by her polite attitude when it comes to court the woman is fierce!! It is sometimes hard to get a hold of her but thats why she introduces you to one of her clerks (who btw all know the law!!) so you e-mail the clerk - helps keep you billing down and they respond! I would recommend her office to anyone looking for a strong family lawyer!!

I hired this lawyer in February of 2016 which should of been a simple separation after 19 months nothing was done. the costs accumulated with no resolution Finally changed lawyers and I m getting a resolution. She charged me allot of money for nothing. Hope she gets what is coming to her after all she has done to cause to dismay to so many people who believed she could help them. Very disgusted how unethical that she preyed on the vulnerable clients who were looking for a resolution.

Cost me $100000, i lost my home, got no support, and ended up in mediation which cost me another $10,000. Changed lawyers, got support, and am still heading to court trying to get what I should have got 3 years ago. Plus I will never be able to get back into the housing market. A lot of time and money for nothing

At first she will present herself in a manner which makes you believe she truly cares and will be invested. However once she gets you as a client, she will string you along,is fraudulent,is rude and makes you feel like your "wasting her time", and worst of all will get her assistant to do all the work but will charge you as if she did. You will only realize that when you're in court and she knows nothing about your case. Horrible lawyer.

Worth it. No nonsense with Taragh! And she will descend like an attack dog like I've never seen if the other side is unethical or bullying. Lots of knowledge as she has criminal (prosecution) experience if your case involves that. Keeps costs down, really understands things for women and kids, especially careful about safety planning too
