Mr. Day is a very competent experienced lawyer across many facets of law. His practical, no nonsense approach to resolving legal issues is a breath of fresh air. Mr. Day has look after my personal and business affairs for many years extremely well.

Have used Michael Day and other members of the firm (Day + Borg LLP) for all of our real estate, corporate and estate matters. We have always been pleased with the personal and friendly service. Knowledgeable staff that have worked with him for years (which speaks volumes). Would recommend Day + Borg highly.

LAWYER SAID TO MY LAWYER CLOSING OF A SELL. SELLER HAD RETAINED HIM FOR CLOSING, BUYERS LAWYER SENT CLOSING PAPERS, CHEQUE WAS READY FROM BANK, THEN, MICHAEL J DAY, SENT FAX STATINGTHAT THE SELLER DID NOT RETAINING ME YET. THIS WAS ON THE CLOSING DATE. WHAT A LAWYER COULD HE NOT CALLED OR FAX MY LAWYER AND ALSO THE BANK IS NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THIS MATTER.
