David Chon did nothing to help resolve any of the issues which were clearly written and provided to him at the time of retainment. Although he was ambitious to charge tens of thousands of dollars, his work was non attentive, inefficient and not at all cost effective. He is not at all responsive with communication or his promises. He did not keep me informed and although I had consistently payed to remind him of pending concerns and questions, responses were never forthcoming. He had also submitted unacceptable proposals to the opposing counsel without my knowledge or consultation. He was disinterested to assist in a timely manner and I truly received more misfortune and distress from him than I did from the people I was suing. After having been exorbitantly charged for 2 years, when I finally terminated his non productive services, the paperwork was returned in chaos.
I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL INCOMPETENT ATTORNEY!
