she represented herself as someone familiar with the K-1 VISA process. We wanted my fiancés son to begin high school at the beginning of the school year. I supplied all of the requested information she stated she needed to file the K-1 VISA within a week of signing the retainer. It took an additional month and a half with no response before she finally submitted the petition. When she finally submitted the application she forgot to check the box as to what type of VISA for which we were applying. More delays. The VISA was rejected and I confronted her. She actually was upset that I expected her to do her job. I ended up terminating her services the next day and despite being fired she sent in the revised K-1 application. Unfortunately, USCIS came back after almost 2 months requesting additional information. She did not complete what she was hired to do. If I could give her negative stars I would. All I can say is buyer beware if you ever retain her for services.
