My family was facing an appointment with the border office to be deported when we find Bjorn. Our case was a mess due to the previous immigration consultant, we had already lost in court and also the appeal, I never felt so helpless and hopeless in my life. But thanks God we found Bjorn and his team, an actual Immigration Lawyer. From day 1, we were able to see the difference, his knowledge on the Immigration subject goes far and beyond of what you could imaging. We are very grateful for his dedication, his kindness and for always keeping us updated with the process of the case. In that moment my family no longer had the right to appeal to a Federal court, but Bjorn got them erased our last appeal and started from scratch. God didn't make a mistake when he sent us to this amazing Lawyer. My family are still in the process of this case but with hope and very optimistic to know that we are in good hands. Met Born in 2014 was on the edge to be deported my family's case was just a mess bunch of paperwork from prevoius lawyers we lost the case and we where searching for the best possible lawyer luckly we found Bjorn we had an interview with him and after evaluating our case for a few days he was able to provide us with all the options answers and future wining/loses . We did get Bjorn as our lawyer and honestly it was my best move ever in life very smart knowledgeable not just a money graber hard working punctuall took a bit of time but in the end he made us become PR wich was and estraordinary case. We used Bjorn Harsanyi to handle the processing of a sponsorship application for my husband and stepson. I am pleased to say that yesterday, my husband and stepson received their permanent resident status, just 18 months after applying. I have to give a huge shout out to Anabell, Bjorn's assistant! She was so patient with me every time I contacted her with concerns or fears. Essentially, this process has been a smooth and easy one and I am so grateful for their work. Bjorn took time out of his Christmas vacation to speak to me about a concern I had and Anabell also contacted me outside of office hours, when I had questions and concerns. okay, I get it, your lawyer friends have their friends post a bunch of nice things about them, then give you the idea. So 7 nice ratings in a month. What a farce! Stick to whatever it is you know, writing letters or filling out immigration paperwork because you are not an advocate and you should not pass yourself off as one pumpkin!

Bjorn is definitely one of the best immigration lawyers there is! He helped my father secure his permanent residency (even with our very, very dire and difficult situation). He and his team is always on the phone, always willing to answer your questions. They are very knowledgeable about every aspect of immigration, especially if you're looking to get permanent residency. I'd like to say how every pleased I am with the services provided by this law firm. Bjorn was our lawyer and he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with no hesitation. We were both amazed on the services provided by Noemi, as she was the one processing our file at that time. Quite simply I am very happy with the services provided by this firm. Bjorn was very knowledgable and patient at our first meet. He calmly explained the different options available to my wife and I and what the best path forward would be. The absolute star of the show though is Anabell, his legal assistant. She managed the relationship and process all the way from the application to the eventual approval. She always made herself available for my endless questions and was quick to meet in person when requested. i engaged the services of Bjorn Harsanyi after a series of denials from CIC. A lady from Legal Aid told me to save my money for airfare instead of giving it to a lawyer who will just gypped your money away. Boy was I glad I did not listen to her. Bjorn Harsanyi was very knowledgeable, straightforward about the chances and was very relaxed which sort of calming you down when you are in a panic mode. Anabell his Legal Assistant is very helpful and is quick in updating me of any progress which I really appreciate. Bjorn helped me sponsoring my wife and bringing her to Canada. I called him while I was in my country, and booking an appointment was not a problem. Bjorn was very knowledgeable and when I questioned him on an item he looked it up and took the time to call me back to confirm the information. I appreciate that he was able to admit when he didn't know something and then to follow up.
