After the initial DUI consultation with Mr Cates, I left his office feeling pretty good about retaining him for my case. I soon realized that he was just telling me what I wanted to hear, and the things we discussed in the consultation were not communicated to his underlings whom represented me in court. For $1800, the price was better than other law offices I researched, but I guess you get what you pay for because Mr Cate's office just did the bare minimum. Probably would have got the same result using a public defender and saved the $1800
