i got pushed to mark from a recomendation and he said all the rite things. Didnt deliver on any of it. Lots of money but no results and woukdnt even call me.

Mr. Bailey is a very good lawyer who is very respected in the courts and is invariably a true professional; He takes on very difficult cases and works very hard; you can trust this excellent lawyer who never gives up the battle in working on behalf of his clients. I would highly recommend Mark for any matter.

I had Mark as my lawyer on a really serious criminal case. Thanks to Mark for helping me. Mark was very compassionate and cared about me, my family and my case. Mark was excellent in all aspects of my case and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a really good lawyer.

I had another lawyer who I fired and then I hired Mark. I was very glad I did. Mark is very smart and knows what he is doing. He is busy, though and it's hard to get an appointment. mark is a very nice man who cares about his clients. He is very compassionate. he is highly respected and is not afraid to take on difficult cases. If anyone can help, it's Mark.

Mark is an exceptional lawyer. He is young and energetic. I saw Mark in Court when he conducted my Trial and I was very pleased with his conduct. Mark is a true professional.

Avoid like the plague. He will take his $5000-$10000 contingency fee and you will never eat from him again. Must have been a snake oil salesman in past life. He is shady. I would never recommend him to my worst enemy for an easy civil trial.

I really hate to write this, but Mark Bailey is not cut out to be a lawyer. He's often poorly prepared and smells of cigarette smoke when showing up for court. Lacks grit and the man actually physically shakes when addressing the court. Overall, I would not recommend him for anyone.

Does not work for the client, works for the crown. Allows probabtion services to submit inaccurate presentence reports. Does not communicate with client, or key players in clients defense. Does not present valid arguments when "defending". Very poor work ethic. Should be disbarred.

I am/was a client of Brian Bailey's son, Mark Bailey. I had to do up my own paperwork for Court that was wrong. Mark did come to Court and the Judge gave an Order/Judgement; however, six weeks later now the Order is still isn't at the Court and Brian Bailey specifically told me two weeks after I was in Court that it was sent to the Court but the Court didn't receive it. My case, in my opinion, was simple simple simple. I am at the point of calling the Court and asking them to do my Order up themselves. I therefore think the raters poor rating should be for Bailey and Associates as a whole. I hope my comments are acceptable. For me, I am out a good deal of money and got nothing for it except a run-around.
