This is a legal Aid lawyer and it is highly evident why. He expects to get top payment for his services without putting in the effort. One of his unethical comments outside the courtroom was, "I only get paid $40. to appear in court of Queens Bench and therefore will not do it. Client will have to wait it out in jail" Well no surprise. Aren't all lawyers in Medicine Hat Alberta Canada the bottom in their class in university? Just what I heard. Makes sense.
