He knows his stuff I SUPPOSE. But he doesnt care at all about the task at hand. Both myself and my boyfriend had him as family law lawyer, and neither of us can say one good thing. He works more as a mediator than working towards what his client deserves and WANTS. Also, you do all the work and research and he will type it up legally for you, tell you you dont have to been in court (which no other lawyyer will advise). I was working towards sole custody for my daugher and a set amount of child support. The father of my child, who had been certified mentally insane, hadnt seen her for 2 years, had JUST started paying child support. I ended up with 1/3 of the child support he had been giving me the past few months, and the lunatic ended up with scheduled visits.Said I didnt bring anything to court to prove her father was certified. Now...is that really my job? Am I even able to access that kind of medical information? Well! All Thanks to the work of Michael!
