Rodd was referred to me by a neighbor and I am so glad for the referral. Rodd was so professional and knowledgable and he saved me so much money, compared to the other lawyers I looked into. I was a little hesitant due to the fees but was very impressed by the outcome and will definetly recommend him.

I can truly say I made a horrible mistake retaining mr.tschida. I was so disappointed in the manner he handled a slam dunk case so simple a public defender would of done a better job. I lost total confidence in him that I decided to take a plea. I would wholeheartedly tell anyone looking to retain his services call around dont rush it b/c he will.

Rodd researched my case, staying on top of current developments. He put the resources and tools available to him to maximum use. He demonstrated a high level of competency in the skills and knowledge required.
Rodd demonstrated outstanding written skills. He listened carefully, asks questions, and quickly comprehended my complex case.

Rodd did a great job representing my case. He got my DWI reduced to a speeding ticket (seriously, just a speeding ticket) and got my license revocation overturned. He was profession in representing me, listened to my side of the case, and was compassionate to my situation. He understood the law and found an opportunity where the arresting offer had made a mistake. This is huge in my profession. Every year I have file an annual compliance report that asks if I have various things on my record for the last 10 years. Every year I am able to avoid extensive follow up with the compliance committee since I am able to answer "No, I do not have an alcohol related offense in the last 10 years". Rodd was a career saver!
